Anyways GO WATCH WAYNE PLEASE
Ciara Bravo and Mark McKenna in 'Wayne'
Oh, would love to know your thoughts on why Wayne gives Tim Drake vibes? π
essentially the main thing that links them in my head is that i really think they look alike and just give off a similar vibe. not just that wayne has dark hair and the right kind of build (and i do think that his face is very close to how i would picture tim personally) but also his mannerisms. something about the way he sits and listens is very tim-like to me. and the way he can be quite confrontational while still being fairly puppy-eyed. if that makes sense.
personality wise, i'm not sure they're entirely similar... to me, one of wayne's defining traits is this really endearing naivete, and i dont see that so much in tim. to some extent you could say that tim can be quite a black and white thinker sometimes... although when tim's being naive it feels more deliberate, maybe naivete as more linked to expression of faith... i guess you could say that for wayne too, but wayne is genuinely like a kid in the way he sees the world sometimes. they are both really driven and somewhat lateral thinkers but i think tim has more of a cerebral approach to things compared to wayne's brute force tactics.
