When I hit that first hill, I started to second guess whether I had made a mistake. Why am I risking a knee issue with the race a week away? I kept the pace easy and took the hills as gracefully as I could. I think it was all good in the end and had that perfect fall nip that reminds me of cross country season.

Trying to build my endurance back up. I knew it'd be slower than normal since I did a hard workout yesterday. Nothing wrong with loping along though. I think I was a little overdressed for the weather. With a threat of freezing rain on the way, I wasn't going to mess around. Otherwise not a bad day to be out there. Much worse to come this winter I'm sure.
