This week is going to be a personal photo week. This is 4 years ago when a lady turned in front of me as I was traveling at 25mph on my bike. I hit the side of her station wagon in the middle of the intersection and rolled off the back, onto the ground. The lady stopped and came walking back freaked out at what had just happened. I checked myself, gathered my things and walked to the sidewalk. She came over as I was walking and I put my arm around her and let her know I was OK. We sat and waited for the cops and Elissa which we only lived 1/2 mile from where it happed. I'd only been on the bike for 5 mins. I stuck the car so hard, it killed my Garmin GPS. An ER visit later, stitches in my lip, hand bandaged and I was sent home. My bike didn't make out so well. Pictures tomorrow. #besafe #payattention #watchforcyclists
