I wonder how many villains actually join the Syntax like, percentage wise. Even if you’re not “A Decent Guy outside of terrorizing villages” Bad Guy like people think Snappers was… I dunno man it just seems like “Hey I know we just helped your arch nemesis defeat you and destroy your planet, but Join Us!” should be a very hard sell for *most* baddies.
That's definitely true, but I imagine the fact that there's nothing to go home to probably makes it somewhat enticing! The options are join this guy and hope he's not lying when he says he has plans to stop this from happening ever again or say no and have nowhere to go, like not even homeless you don't have a planet to sleep on.
I also think the smarter villains probably clock onto the 'this guy will kill us if we say no' thing Warrick has going on and might try to coast working with him until they can find a new place to go.
