I've got no canon voice as Erebus right now, as far as I know. However, I've got a big feeling that it was fairly deep.

One day when I woke up, I started talking in this deeper voice, I believe with some accent attached. I'm not sure which accent it was and cannot remember solidly what it sounded like.

I know I had gotten into a conversation with myself concerning my activities as Erebus. I knew I wouldn't be able to hold this voice for long and that it'd fade once I went back to sleep, which I was likely going to do. I do know that whatever voice I was able to hold was at least similar to how I spoke as Erebus. It was certainly deeper and less feminine than whatever voice I held that morning, but it was at least on the right track!

I kinda wish I could do that voice again. I remember even telling myself that I likely wouldn't ever be able to do it again. Kinda miss it.

So when I was a little bit younger, I made a Navigator OC for Warhammer 40k. Navigators are a weird breed of Psyker, only really good for navigation in the Warp. Still, for some reason they really grabbed my attention at the time.

Now, I had trouble naming him. He was originally called Chronos at first. However, I really didn't like this name too much, and more or less used it as placeholder. I asked my friend for a name and they gave me the name Erebus.

At the time, I just really liked and clicked with this name. I picked it up and dubbed him as such pretty much instantly. I didn't know about the Word Bearer at the time. When I found out the name was in use in canon and was even given to a rather important character, I was a little disgruntled at the fact, but never changed the name, finding it amusing that they'd share names. I liked thinking that the two would always feel a bit weird when their names were being used. Kinda like that old saying if someone is talking about you, you'd sneeze? Additionally, he had this name for so long that changing it felt weird.

It was later when I was thinking about this OC I realized I was kin with Erebus, the Word Bearer, later on. I find it really amusing, looking back. I'm not OC-kin to be perfectly clear. I am kin with Erebus the Word Bearer, the Hand of Destiny, whom is a canon character. It just so happens this OC of mine shares the same name. Confusing isn't it? Hopefully I've explained it well enough.

I wanna go back to being Erebus right now. I was such a horrible, horrible person, but like I miss being that. I was fucking 8 feet ball. With my armor on, I was a fucking walking tank. Even without it on, I was a wall of beef. I had tattoos across all of my body. Thinking about them makes me miss them, same with the ones on my head. Hell even the mechanical hand I swear I had is something I miss.

I don't condone my actions from that time at all. Like, I manipulated everyone to my heart's content, purely to sow chaos. I was so full of myself I called myself the Hand of Destiny and saw myself as the mortal instrument of the Chaos Gods. I know for that damn my ego bit me in the ass on multiple occasions.

I do kinda miss it though. Just a little bit. I think it's mainly longing for how I used to look. I miss that height most of all. Same with my tattoos. I'm too afraid to get tattoos in this life, as I'd like to still be able to donate blood. Man if it ain't something I'll keep considering though.
