At lunch today I smashed up a bunch of pastels to make weathering powders. Decided to put it in little glass jars to give it that Alchemical/Apothecary feel.
FYI; these "Bomb Delivery Rats" have little candles (which I am working on right now) to help them deliver bombs. They're also "delivery" rats so that means that after the bomb has been delivered they can come home and get a little carrot or something. This means that anybody playing against me who shoots the bomb delivery rats is the reason the little rats don't come home!!!
I hate it but I know that's because I imagined the box art. Now time for the other three ๐

It's the mini of the month - I intend to do a full Underworld warband but I don't have those models yet ๐
There are enough details on this that I dislike that I don't expect I will do this like this again. I really need to practice my dry brushing, and, learn to double check whether or not paints will reactivate. ๐ค

I've been rather scared of this creature. You can't tell but there are at least three things I tried to do already to give him a good skin before throwing my hands up and coming up with this rich one coat approach of ... just put a solid paint on the model.

Who would have thought that my favorite pastime works out well when I just do it instead of coming up with increasingly elaborate ways to save time.
