day 2- success :D
yay i got training in yesterday (muscles are super sore at the moment) i did kong, dash,and lazy vaults also tested if i should cover my wrists while training and it is safe to say that wearing wristbands were TERRIBLE, constantly rubbing ageist my skin felt like i was getting a rash :( bandana was better but i felt like it limited my movement a bit, in conclusion i think I'll just wear nothing around them :P in other news got the kong vault under my belt i could do them on the fly now :D stretching today and break day tomorrow
