So this has been my year. 😞 Back in May I dislocated my knee cap and damaged cartilage in my knee and had to have surgery. July 4th my knee gave out and I fell messing up my right ankle. I’ve had lingering pain since my fall but thought I was just continuing to heal. Last week I was working out and all of a sudden could not bear any weight on it and have found that I have a fractured talus bone. I really feel like I can catch a break!! 2 weeks ago what I thought was just a twisted ankle turned out to be a lot more. Ruptured/torn Achilles & badly damaged tendons & ligaments ☹️ so yet another set back but I’m gonna do things right this time and give my ankle time to heal instead of rushing my recovery.
