Don't walk alone after dark, don't turn your phone tracker off, don't get inside a cab alone don't if you wanna make it home
You cant wear clothes that provoke you can't just tell a man, no you can't be caught unaware we are all tied together by this common fear
We have all pretended to be on a call so that stranger guy won't bother us at all it's behaviour ingrained, stuck in our brains but it doesn't mean we will be safe
We don't deserve to be harassed on the road this reality is getting old we do everything right but every night we are scared of what the darkness holds
And we are taught all the ways to protect ourselves but it is time that we start teaching man that while "not all men" might be true we are never sure who it doesn't apply to
