A snarl left the lips of the feral mutant, he’d heal just it didn’t happen instantaneously. But it would happen sooner than later, after all he did lose a good chunk of his side. His body had to practically build itself up on his left side. “I’ve been in worse situations.” Victor growled as he found himself staggering to his feet. “Like hell I’m going to let some kid carry me out of here.” He was too prideful for that. Still, he’d be lying if he did it didn’t hurt to feel his body rebuilding itself. And he thought the worst pain was being hit with Scott’s optic blast or even his brother’s metal claws. How he had been wrong. But no matter what Victor felt he was not going to let it stop him from walking out of here.
