So much changes in a year. Left I am about 187lbs, the right 191lbs. I am leaner and heavier now with less bodyfat. All I have to say is words hurt especially from people you thought cared for you saying wow you really let yourself go.When I started this fitness thing a lot of people critized me too. Saying you look okay but you can look better, you been going to the gym but I don't see a difference, I knew you when you were pudgy and you still are, you're crazy for going to the gym so early, so you go to the gym that's nothing it's just routine for you it's no big deal.... That's been my motivation for the last 2 plus years. By no means am I where I want to be. Am I this big fitness guru no.
