Between unpacking from Paris, unpacking from Japan, and moving back in for the holidays its just total chaos. . . My solution? Get rid of more stuff! The truth is mess and clutter are more than just an inconvenience to me. They effect my mental health. I find mess so depressing the mess usually grows because I freeze in the face of it. And then the vicious cycle begins. . . So today I'm taking it one room at a time and making piles of even more stuff to give away because I firmly believe the answer doesn't lie in more organization but in less stuff. . . As a working mom, I'm so mindful & sometimes even a little fearful about being totally present and savoring every last moment of these years we'll never get back.
