She has a flat-screen television head just like her father Vox, with white TV antennas on top that have floating cold purple tips. Her screen face shows light blue jagged teeth, a long pointed indigo tongue, and sometimes golden columns that look like dripping blood when she's excited (exactly like Vox's red dripping effect). She has light blue eyes with long eyelashes, indigo sclera, and mismatched outlines – dark indigo on the right, light blue on the left (similar to Vox's mismatched eye outlines). She has freckles like Emily. Her body has cyan claws like Vox, cyan shark gills on her sides (inherited from Vox), and even cyan nipples. She also has a pair of cyan wings, blending Emily's feathered wings with a demonic twist. She dresses casually cool: a periwinkle jacket with lighter stripes on the sleeves and bottom, a black crop top with a big periwinkle eye design (light blue sclera), severely ripped dark indigo leggings, and periwinkle heeled cowboy-like boots.

But her eyes and mouth change: her eyes glow brighter with stronger angelic light mixed with hypnotic sparks (like Vox's hypnosis eye but blended with Emily's pure angelic energy), and her mouth shows sharper, more jagged light blue teeth with golden blood dripping more often. Her cyan wings grow larger and gain a feathered edge like Emily's, while electricity crackles around them like Vox's powers. Her skin stays dolphin-grey but gets a faint silver glow like Emily's angelic form, and extra eyes can appear on her screen or wings, mixing Emily's many-eyed angelic style with Vox's holographic screens.Halo's PersonalityHalo is a complicated mix of her parents. Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Events (2025)
In "Silenced," Emily, Abel, Lute and Sera travel to Hell with gift baskets to genuinely apologize for the Exterminations and seek peace. Vox coldly rejects her and her band, broadcasts brutal footage of past Exterminations to the public, and officially declares war on Heaven, horrifying Emily and escalating tensions.
In "Curtain Call," Vox traps Emily in a chair after she and Charlie fail to prove redemption is possible on live TV. While Emily saves Alastor from Vox's attack, Vox fires the lasers from his massive angelic weapon "Might of Lilith," permanently maiming one of Emily's wings (later replaced with a golden cybernetic prosthetic) and weakening her. Vox prepares to kill Emily, Charlie, and Alastor—willing to sacrifice himself and half of Pentagram City—if it means eliminating Alastor. The Vees ultimately stop him, while Emily, the Hazbin Hotel crew, and the Overlords prevent the weapon from exploding.
Vox's Capture and Experimentation in Heaven (Mid 2024)
Shortly after his defeat, Vox is ambushed and captured by Heaven's forces during a night out with Valentino and Velvette (where the three were arguing about Vox's egoism). He is taken to a secret heavenly lab, stripped of his powers via suppressors, and subjected to months of brutal experiments (torture, sensory overload, forced shutdowns, and injections). Heaven attempts to weaponize his electrical and hypnotic abilities. In a final "historic" test, they inject him with angelic blood and DNA, causing excruciating changes: his sclera turn light yellow, eyes and screen lighten to brighter blues, and corrupted "wings" of wires and glitching feathers begin forming on his back.
Vox and Emily's Second Meeting and Relationship Growth (Mid from late 2024)
During Vox's captivity, Emily—already questioning Heaven's morality after Season 2—visits him secretly at night out of curiosity, sympathy, and growing attraction. Initial visits are tense and argumentative, but they slowly open up: Vox boasts about his overlord life while hiding his vulnerability, and Emily shares her doubts about Heaven's hypocrisy. Their chemistry builds through flirtation, emotional confessions, and physical intimacy. One night turns intensely sexual—Emily takes the lead at first, exploring his wiring and antennas, then Vox flips the dynamic in a passionate, dominant encounter. They spend a forbidden night together, marking the start of a genuine (if complicated) romance.
Vox's Release and Return to Hell (Early 2025)
A few days after his night with Emily, Vox is unexpectedly freed (his body reverts to normal, losing the angelic alterations). He reunites with Valentino (now with a prosthetic arm/leg) and Velvette (recovering and walking again), who forgive him for the Season 2 chaos after his 3-month ordeal. The Vees rebuild their bond, though Valentino later becomes depressed after losing Angel Dust's soul and accidentally getting Niffty pregnant with unwanted twins Verona and Natsuo (via a one-night stand). Velvette got pregnant with Kinumi via IVF (containing adult Len's ADN) a few days before Vox came back.
The Secret Romance and Halo's Conception (2025)
Vox and Emily continue a hidden cross-realm romance after his release, meeting secretly despite the risks. Their forbidden relationship deepens, leading to Halo's conception.
Halo's Birth and Vox's Abandonment (December 14, 2025)
Halo is born December 14, 2025 (18 years prior) in Heaven. Emily's pregnancy is kept completely secret for nine months. Almost everyone in Heaven (except Sera, Abel, St. Peter, and the Speaker of God) demands she terminate the hybrid baby, viewing it as an abomination. Lute repeatedly attempts to kill the unborn/f newborn Halo but is stopped every time by Emily's fierce protection. Emily loves Halo more than anything and raises her alone in Heaven as a single mother. Vox, terrified that Halo's mixed angelic-demonic nature is "incurable" and dangerous (fearing she has "the angel and the devil inside her" with no fix), abandons Emily and the baby shortly after birth, temporarily breaking off the relationship to "protect" everyone (including hiding in his work and preaching family values publicly while ignoring his own).
Halo's Childhood and Teenage Years (2025–2043)
Halo grows up in Heaven under Emily's sole care, hidden from most of Heaven's judgment. She knows nothing about her father at first—Emily shields her from the truth to spare her pain. Halo becomes a big fan of pangolins (like Emily), sharks (like Vox), and sweets. She hates Lute intensely (even more than Emily does) for the murder attempts. At that period of time time, Halo befriends Daniel Morningstar (Charlie and Alastor's son, 98% like Charlie, strawberry blonde, kind-hearted), his twin sister Alice (more demonic influence), Kinumi Kagamine, Natsuo and Verona. The six form a big group of friends in which they grew up together. She has always been the most impulsive, imprudent, loyal and, also, the strongest of the group.
As a teen, Halo's character strenghtens, becoming more rebellious and curious about her dad. She hates Lute more and more as she calls her a filth, but it never stopped her to make friends.
The Big Six Friend Group Forms (Early 2040s)
Halo, Daniel, and Alice expand their circle to include Verona (98% Valentino, 2% Niffty—never met her dad), Natsuo (98% Niffty, 2% Valentino—never met his dad), and Kinumi Kagamine (98% Len Kagamine—dad age 48 in 2043 (yes, in my AU, Vocaloid grow up like others and Rin and Len were born in 1995), never met him; 2% Velvette). They call themselves the "Big Six," a tight-knit group of next-gen hybrids/kids navigating their complicated parentages.
Halo Meets Her Father for the First Time (2043)
At nearly 18, Halo confronts Vox during a heated fight (she's on Heaven's side or intervening in a new conflict). Their reunion is explosive and painful—Halo unleashes years of resentment, accusing him of abandonment and hypocrisy. She nearly leaves with an angelic gun, threatening suicide in despair. Vox, panicked and finally seeing the depth of the damage he caused, stops her and asks her name, marking the start of a messy reconciliation attempt.
Post-Reunion Developments
Halo is thrilled the first time she meets Vox's pet shark, Shock.wav, in his office—bonding over their shared shark love. At some point, Halo legally changes her name to Halo Echo Whittman. She begins dating her childhood friend Daniel Morningstar, while staying besties with Alice. Despite the rocky start, Halo slowly works toward a complicated father-daughter relationship with Vox that gets better over time and fixes her parents' relationship depite Vox still being with the Vees.
