When I was writing this, I kind of felt guilty as well - I mean, I love Steve Rogers with my whole heart, especially mean!Steve Rogers, but Bucky needs some love, too, and I neglect that man way too much😭😭 And in all honestly, I think Captain America Steve would genuinely always put the mantle first. Like, sure, he loves you and all, but the constant pressure - especially now that social media is around - would always have him on edge, would always have him working, and would most certainly always have him away from his wife.
