I’m back with a Dirty Dancing!Scorbus au ;)
Featuring Al as Baby and Scorp as Johnny
So Draco owns the hotel and Scorpius (against his Father’s wishes) teaches dance to the guests and also performs for the guests. Harry doesn’t realise that Draco owns the hotel and takes James and Albus there to bond.
Scorpius is tall and buff, muscled like a dancer, intimidating in his confidence and relaxed demeanour.
Albus is shorter than Scorpius by about three or four inches. He’s thin and reedy. Very quiet and awkward and gangly.
So Scorpius is in with all the other performing staff (singers, musicians etc.) and after they have a busy night they all head down to the staff amenities house and do some Dirty Dancing...
Anyway, Albus somehow stumbles upon them all Dancing and is like “oh my. My father has sheltered me from all this very fun looking stuff and he also ruined me having real friends because he’s just too famous.” So of course, Albus jumps at the chance to make friends.
But Scorpius is NOT a fan of Albus, who embodies everything Draco expects of Scorpius. Also he’s the Saviour’s son.
Albus and Oliver (Scorp’s Muggle dance partner) get really close and hang out a LOT. Scorpius just gets super grumpy, thinking that Albus is distracting his partner, just using him etc.
While Albus and Oliver play soccer, Al plays rough and trips Oliver, but he breaks his leg. Cut to Albus, running to get his Dad (who becomes a Healer post-war) to “Hurry up, Dad. Fucking hell, I think I’ve broken Oli’s leg!” So Harry goes down to the lawn to get Oliver to the hospital because he can’t magically heal him right in front of all the other Muggles at the place. Plus the amount of screaming really communicated broken leg.
Scorpius hears said screaming and gets SUPER mad at Albus. Hence, a fight scene full to the brim of sexual tension. Scorpius accuses Albus of using Oliver like a toy, that Al was too caught up in his cookie-cutter world to consider the consequences of his actions and now Oliver isn’t going to get any pay because he’s broken his leg. Albus is super angry because nobody has ever accused him of anything like this. They throw hands but then Scorpius pins Albus to the ground and get’s all up in his face.
But he doesn’t do anything else, just looks at Al for like a whole three minutes and then gets off him and leaves. And they’re both so turned on but also so mad.
