I just reread Secrets by Vorabiza and had some fun sketching the fluff

Hi, I’m searching for a Draco/Harry fanfic I read years ago. Here’s what I remember:

Harry is actually Severus Snape’s son.

There are charms, glamours, or blood magic on Harry to hide this and make him look like James Potter’s child.

The magic starts to wear off, and Harry and Severus eventually remove it.

Harry changes his name to Dylan (or Dillon), possibly Dylan Snape.

He wears contacts to hide his true eye color.

There’s a specific scene where Harry takes Draco to Snape’s quarters and removes his contacts, revealing his real appearance.

He is re-sorted into Slytherin after the reveal.

Later, Harry and Draco engage in intercourse during a party in the Room of Requirement.

I think I read it on FanFiction.net or possibly AO3 about 8–12 years ago. Any help finding this fic would be amazing!
