i love voice claims time cuz really its just an excuse to share music I like. Now just to clarify these are not like set in stone or 100% accurate, this is just 'if i HAD to pick a voice, this is what I'd choose'.

Jupiter in 2 nd house - Their voice will be Pleasent, they like to give advice.

Rahu in 2 nd house - These people can lie a lot if afflicted, They are good at debate where manipulation is required.

Saturn in 2 nd house - These people can talk slowly, or don't like to talk much but when they talk these people are honest. Bluntly so sometimes.

Sun in 2 nd house - Their voice will be deep and they like to dominate through voice, Their voice can attract attention.

Moon in 2 nd house - Their voice is soft and melodious, can be good singers, you like listening to them talk. ( Males with this placement also have soft voice unless aspects by Mars or rahu).

Ketu in 2 nd house - These people like to talk less and want people to understand them without speaking much, or they can appreciate talking on spritual topics, sometimes people can face difficulty understanding them with their words.

Mercury in 2 nd house - These people can be very witty and talkative, like to interact and good with communication, attractive voice.

Venus + Mars - it gives Attractive and sensual voice, if Mars is strong then deep attractive voice, if venus is strong then soft attractive voice.

Mercury + rahu - These people can lie a lot and good at manipulation and deceit with their voice of afflicted if not then they can be very clever with words, sarcastic.
