Çocuklar yeni lezzetlerle tanışabiliyor ve sofra adabını bu şekilde öğreniyorlar. Bu fotoğrafı Lviv’de ziyaret ettiğimiz Özbek restoranında çektirmiştik. Çocuklar küçükken Özbek yardımcımız vardı ve uzun yıllar bizimle yaşadı. İnanır mısınız arada sırada bize yaptığı Özbek mantısını o kadar özlemişiz ki, bu mekanda yemelere doyamadık diyebilirim! @gezentianne ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🇬🇧 Chaykhana Samarkand 👍 A hidden gem of Uzbek cuisine located near Lychakiv cemetery.   Not right in the middle of the city center but it really deserves to be found. Chaykhana Samarkand serves traditional Uzbek food in an oriental atmosphere. We started with a salad, followed by the lamb kebabs and the Plov and a few other bits and pieces which were excellent and finished with the apricot ball and the baklava. The Cabernet from Georgia was a good choice and the herbal tea was excellent. Çeşitli restoranlarda volkanik kızgın taş üzerinde et pişirdiğim videolarımı kesin daha önce görmüşsünüzdür. Şehrin en eski restoranlarından Szkocka’da bu sefer sormadan önüme getirdiler kızgın taşı. Eski mangalcıyız, geri gönderecek değildim herhalde, 😊 hemen operasyona başladım. Öncelikle iyi bir et pişirmek için kaçınılmaz olan şey dinlendirilmiş kaliteli bir et olmasıdır. Etiniz kötü olduğu taktirde istediğiniz kadar uğraşın iyi bir sonuç elde edemezsiniz. Kasaptan alacağımız bonfileyi en az bir parmak kalınlığında seçmelisiniz ve kesinlikle dövme denilen o alçak işleme tabi tutmamalısınız. Yoksa et suyunu kaybeder ve bir şeye benzemez. Ben kaliteli eti marine etmem, ama tuz katmadan bir gün marinasyonu Türkiye’de iyi diye satın alacağınız etlere öneririm. Benim gibi kızgın taş bulamayanlara dökme tava da gayet güzel sonuç verir. Önemli olan tavanın kızgın olması ve kesinlikle yağ kullanmamanızdır. Eti deniz tuzuyla tuzlayıp tavaya atarsanız, tuz da oluşturacağı katmanla eti mühürlemenize ve suyunun içinde kalmasına yardımcı olur. İsteğe göre 2-3 dk her iki yüzünü de pişirdikten sonra, servisten once bir dakika da bekletirseniz mükemmel sonuca ulaşırsınız. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🇬🇧 Situated in the heart of the city at Atlas Deluxe Hotel, Szkocka Restaurant has been serving up sizzling steaks and lot of great food to delighted guests for years. It’s the perfect place to sample a delicious meal before venturing out into Lviv’s entertainment epicentre. Part of the dining experience at this restaurant is cooking your own steak to your preferred temperature. Using a superheated stone at the centre of your table, you can have it exactly as you want. Wonderful food, some of the best steak around. Starters and desserts were superb too, and the staff are excellent, very attentive and quick.
