BEHOLD!; a reworked XL meant for a REAL XL!
FIXED: sleeves and pockets.
As much as I’d like for this jacket to have been a few hairs longer, I don’t have the zipper or sewing material for that. I’m not sure what goes through a designer’s head when they incision an XL clothing item, but the sleeves just were not that. I’ve added over 3 inches to each sleeve and took the time to painstakingly hand sew with embroidery thread to keep with the aesthetic of the ‘external’ seams. I took off the pockets and extended them so they could actually hold a phone or a bag of chips or whatever real XL humans put in their pockets.
Messed up on one of the sleeves though- I sewed the seam on the inside instead. Don’t worry, it’s just a boring solid blue so you aren’t missing much. 🌸
