Trying a new cross stitch method for neater stitches and no weird obvious sections! I can't remember who I saw this technique from, but you go right to left in a triangle or trapezoid shape as you fill in your pattern. I'm still new to cross stitch so sorry that I don't know any proper terms! Do any pros have some good tips?

A little update on my current WIP. (Or one of them)
Doing a little test stitch for Solgalerija on Etsy. Their patterns are so freaking gorgeous. I need the Bee ones & the lil Greek Lemon pattern ngl.
Anyway! Here's the current progress on the Aztec Mandala pattern.
I'm doing it color by color and it's such a soothing experience. My ADHD makes meditation difficult, and I find cross stitch to be the best way for me to get into that state (though I do like guided meditation as well!)
I find more and more that this craft Is a huge part of my witchcraft as well. I have plans to stitch so many more patterns meant to symbolize different aspects of my practice to enhance it. Love making it by hand and working it into the pattern itself.
ANYWAY will update more as I go, and I highly suggest checking the store out. The patterns are just perfect. I have a few more from their shop I plan on stitching and ughhh. I'm so excited!

Over 100 hours of work and a whole lot of floss later this project is finished!!! I cannot wait to wear it to ren faires and LARPs and grocery shopping 😂
