This is the first time I am had a beer from Copiague, NY based brewery @rootandbranchbrewing and I can’t thank @beer_1st_luv enough for this beer, as we did a #VirtualCheers over the video call while having this piece of gem. In my life I have had somewhere around 350-400 different kinds of beers, but there is none like this. The best Triple IPA I have ever had. Looks-wise, this had a golden / yellowish Darker color like Creamy IPAs. Aroma had lots of fruit that was ripe / overripe, very tropical-passion fruit, pineapple, citrus. Slight tender sweetness towards the end. On taste, the nose follows through. Tropical fruit all through, really nice bit at the swallow. No hop burn (unlike some other TIPAs I can think of) Very little to no boozy notes. Amazingly smooth, first TIPA in a very long time when every sip welcomes the next one. Nice carbonation, just a really friendly beer Smooth, tropical, equilibrated-something really special. Very Very Drinkable and You won’t have a beer like this.
