First Breath After Coma by Explosions in the Skythis one is up there bc it’s the first song on their album The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place which is 45 minutes of chill instrumental post-rock and it’s very good and i’ve been using it to calm myself down for years i HIGHLY recommend it as a listen bc doing slow breathing w the tempo of the song relaxes me enough to like. astral project. it’s awesome.
18. Agape by Bear’s Deni lov this song a lot but i would lov it more if i could find a halfway decent tab of it bc it’s like the ultimate emotionally insecure mood
