This sweater has been languishing in WIP purgatory since June. The last time I worked on it I had started the first sleeve and wasn’t going very fast so I took a break. Today I picked it back up and finished the first sleeve. I’ll start the second probably tomorrow after work. I’m looking forward to this being done! I did a try on and I like it much better now with a sleeve than I did without them. It wasn’t fitting very well and I was worried I would have to frog it. Sweater surgery time! I finally finished the sleeves and tried on the body only to realize that I had made it a few inches too short for the hip shaping to make any sense. So I spent the most of yesterday painstakingly separating the sweater at its thinnest part to extend the “waist”.
