2019 Pintom Rosado Subversivo, Canopus, El Cepillo, Valle de Uco. Deutliche Trübung, die sich im Verlauf von mehreren Tagen absetzt. Von der Nase sehr fruchtbetont, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Erdbeere und Kirsche dominieren. Dazu eine leicht kräutrig-florale Note. Animierend! Verführerisch saftiger Antrunk. Leicht und verspielt, aber andererseits auch mit großer aromatischer Tiefe. Unglaublich, wie lang das Aroma am Gaumen bleibt. Knochentrocken und doch nur 11,5% Alkohol. Großer Trinkdruck. Nicht nur im Sommer ein Genuss.
