okay hear me out on my book polycule: dandelion -> <- blackberry -> <- fiver -> <- vilthuril
I WILL ELABORATE ☝️ listen i really couldn't decide whether i like vilthuril x fiver (THEY LITERALLY HAD A BABYYY!!) or blackberry x fiver (nerd4nerd ftw) OR dandelion x blackberry (they're both more or less hazel's right paw(s) men so they get to do a lot of stuff together as a result!) more so i just combined them all. if your heart is pure you can throw in hawkbit as dandelion's second bf too and boom you've achieved the perfect formula
My interpretation of Vilthuril from Watership Down
⚠️Vote for whomever YOU DO NOT KNOW⚠️‼️
Round I
Vila Amalka (Vila Amalka)
Vilthuril (Watership Down)
I know Both/Neither
i love how in Tales from Watership Down we get to know that yes, Vilthuril, is just as strange and unsettling as Fiver.

Check out the comic on its official website! theselectioncomic.com/ Another older illustration funded by my patrons that I forgot to post! Queen Vilthuril, pondering... what about? I dunno, but it's probably a lil bit devious. I remember doodling this to practice a rendering style that I ended up just not even really doing lol But I did learn some things, so nothing was lost! Thank you sooo much to my patrons for your support! It means the world to me! <3 You can help fund illustrations like this and see illustrations way before anyone else by joining my Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/AlfaFilly Other links- My Kofi! https://ko-fi.com/A305BVFMy Ko-fi! You asked the colour mutations of your Fiver X Vilthuril.
All art work belongs to @yourfriendharewsd , all photo from the internet and do not belong to me.
First I'm going to explain two important things to this. If I was to say that head marking of Fiver was artistic representation than he would be Agouti. Agouti, being the most dominant, means all young would be too.
So I'm going to focus on the head markings and chest markings of both of them.
Secondly- I know Fiver has no silvering but that's the only rabbit breed with a dark head marking.
Now to the mutations.
The only rabbit mutation similar to Fiver's head markings is the juvenile Argenté Brun.
The Argente rabbit is made using a double of the Silvering gene (si) and self. The Argente Brun is chocolate self. So he would be aa bb CC DD EE sisi.
The reason he is not an adult Argente Brun is because the rabbits start out solid and then gradually silver with each moult. One of these stages (one of the last) leaves the head dark and body silvered.
Below is a baby to adult of an champaign d'Argente (starting top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right).
Now we'll look at Vilthuril. We could ignore the light chest/face colours and say agouti, but we could use it for more interest.
The closest I could think of was Chocolate otter.
This was due to otter having that tan and cream on their chest, stomach and chin. Unfortunately not their whole face. But no rabbit has that. She looks different to Fiver's brown, so chocolate seems nice.
They would be atat bb CC DD EE SISI.
Their young would be :
ata bb CC DD EE SIsi.
A little bit about si (Silvering)- a co dominant mutation-
in single form Silvering (SI si) causes an animal to have patchy silver hairs.
In double (si si) it creates a true silver rabbit
and without it ( SI SI ) they are normal.
So the rabbits would be Chocolate otter with patchy silver markings and carrying self.
A silver cross breed is below on an agouti. It's not even that noticeable on young rabbits. So I wouldnt worry about it and do a Chocolate otter for Threar.
