#RawChefYin visits La Vie Organics in Kepong! I thought I'd pop by this organic store as I haven't visited them since they renovated. It looks really great with the renovations - nice and spacious. They have fresh organic vegetables including leafy greens and root vegetables. There's also lots of dried goods as well. I got to try the bentong ginger & molasses, vegan coconut yoghurt by Jane and also the Veganto Coconut Gelato (video coming up on the gelato soon). . 🔸I bought black beans, garbanzo beans and kombu seaweed for this week's Tempeh Making Workshop which is full - am excited as we have participants coming from out of state. . 🔸Also got some organic fermented red yeast beancurd to make vegan bak kwa. . 🔸And I got some Vie Verte Cocoa Powder to support the local farm. @vivesnack.my . 🔸Super happy to find some umeboshi plum vinegar which I've seen in so many @matthewkenneycuisine recipes so I got a bottle of that too.
