12. Do you have to finish one book before you start the next one, or do you read multiple books at the same time?  

I generally like to do one at a time, which is somewhat annoying because I commute to work and listen to audiobooks, then I want to read it because I fcan read faster than listen when I get home XD  So generally, I will have something I’m reading with my eyeballs as well.

16. The book that you don’t dare reread for fear it won’t be the same any more

I am a dedicated re-reader, but one I’ve never tried to re read is the 19th Wife.  I really LOVED it the first time, and I’m somehow afraid the magic will be gone.  But I keep a copy on my Special Books for Moi shelf anyway!

20.The coolest bookshop you’ve ever been to

There was a used book shop near my brother’s old house in Tennessee.  It was in a strip mall.  Books were stacked everywhere, including an area that was just “really old books” in massive stacks.  The place came with a crotchety elderly owner AND a fluffy cat.  On one isle, someone had outlined a human body in yellow tape because why not??  I literally spent about 3 hours in there and even found an original edition PG Wodehouse novel <3

25. The only book care question that actually means anything: do you write in your books? If so, in pen or in pencil? 

Days when you feel just numb are the worst, but they are like every other bad or good day, at one point they will be over, even if it doesn’t seem like it can get better. Just try to rely on whatever is in your power to take care of yourself and treat yourself well. As for the other stuff you don’t have any control about, I hope that will sort itself out soon and you will have reason to smile again. And please don’t be too hard yourself *hugs you tightly*

I’m really sorry, bby :( But listen, as someone who also reached a really low point in the past, I can confirm that things will go up, even though it might take time and right now you feel like they won’t. *super big hug* I’m so sorry you feel this way and I know it’s hard to see anything positive right now but just know that you are so fantastic, amazing and supportive all the time, I’m lucky to have you as a friend! I’m sure things will get better, even if it seems like they won’t. And it might take some time but stay strong because you are both loved and supported!! <3 <3

The Hobbit

The first character I first fell in love with: ThorinThe character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Kíli, seriously, this rascal wormed his way into my heart with time ^^The character everyone else loves that I don’t: That’s very hard to tell actually. I think every characters has their supporters and people who dislike them, so I don’t think there is such a character, especially since I love most of them anyway, so I couldn’t answer this even if I tried. :3The character I love that everyone else hates: Hate is a very strong word and I think the characters that really aren’t loved by the fandom are those I’m not interested in anyway. I saw some strong Kíli-hate here, so I probably could go with him, but that wouldn’t work, since there are also a lot of people who love him, so I guess, this is again something I can’t answer. ^^ The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Legolas, in the Hobbit I’m not a fan of his character, I just think most of his screentime should’ve been used for the dwarves.The character I would totally smooch: Fíli and Kíli, can’t go with just one, sorry :3The character I’d want to be like: Bilbo, honestly, I wish I could outgrow myself how he didThe character I’d slap: AlfridA pairing that I love: Fíli/Kíli :’)A pairing that I despise: I think despise is a very harsh word, but I don’t like Killiel

Harry Potter

The first character I first fell in love with: Gosh, that’s a super hard question to be honest. Since often it’s not the main characters that catch my eyes. I enjoy the stories because of the plot and only later I find characters I totally love… so I guess in this case that would be Sirius Black, because I started reading the series with the third book after I had seen the first two moviesThe character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Minerva McGonagallThe character everyone else loves that I don’t: Please don’t hit me, but I don’t love Hagrid, I also don’t hate him, but for me it’s more like… he is an okay-character and that’s it for me. That I have trouble reading the parts with him in the books due to his way of speaking didn’t really help to change my opinion. I can handle mumbling or different accents or dialects if they are spoken, not when they are written, though. The character I love that everyone else hates: I don’t think there is one. The character I used to love but don’t any longer: SnapeThe character I would totally smooch: Neville ^^The character I’d want to be like: again, Neville, the way he has grown throughout the books is amazing.The character I’d slap: Dunno if I want to slap Bellatrix or Umbridge more…A pairing that I love: there is none, I’m usually not much of a shipperA pairing that I despise: I can’t think of one at the moment
