“Ramoooooooon,” Mark sang out into the darkness, taunting the meta he considered his nemesis for so long. With the flick of his wrist, fog rolled in, concealing his location from Cisco. “Your good ol’ friend is back in action, just in time for the holidays. You wanna know the best part? You can’t do anything about it.”

“Cisco. You don’t understand. I needed that dose, okay? I was running on fumes. Literally. I couldn’t let the Flash be out of commission and let the big bads run the city. I’m fine, okay? Absolutely fine.”

“Ramon,” Mark drawled, leaning against a snow-draped car. “It’s been a while. Seen the scarlet speedster lately? I hear he’s ditched town.”
