It’s finally time for my second playthrough of Cassette Beasts, so I decided to make a bunch of doodles as I go. Starting with Candevil this time, and I evolved it into Vendemon. Passed out and went to the hospital, then the cafe, then since I already know the game I decided to collect the overworld ability monsters as soon as possible

For those who picked Candevil in Cassette Beasts, which branch did you choose for its remaster?
Alchemy (Malchemy > Miasmodeus)

This is another survey question I made out of curiosity for the Candevil players. Make sure to reblog for a larger sample size.
Currently, I have a Candevil tape in storage, which I bought in exchange for some hard-earned Fusion Shards. I plan to remaster it into a Malchemy, but if the bootleg Candevil tape I get after reaching a certain point has a good type, then that bootleg will become a Malchemy, and I'll remaster the normal Candevil into a Vendemon instead (plus, I just really like Miasmodeus's design).
