I can see how it could be a problem if you don't pay attention, quieter members could get trampled by louder members. Strangely I feel like this kind of game seems to have a baked in awareness/ social contract about paying attention to other people in the group that maybe a more structured game wouldn't because the structure takes care of it for you. It looks like you are forced to be more engaged precisely because there isn't a turn order.
