So, it's one day left and it's either going to be a disaster or relief, after 10 years of waiting. I'm more afraid of this game than excited so far.
Opinions are too different on choices, some people say you're decisions don't matter, some say decisions from act 1 are going to kick you in the ass in act 3 finale. I wonder what is true.
Rook seems to be more "Geralt of Rivia" type of character, rather than our HoF, Hawke and Inquisitor. Only they are either "straightforward" or "charming" with extra lines for a race and fraction. Which is fine, I think, as long as the plot decisions are consistent and matter.
And like what I see in terms of combat, especially with UI turned off.
Game is greatly optimized on PC, which is rare these days.
Still, there's luck of keep choices... disappointing. There's some previous decisions that are understandable why they don't matter anymore or in this particular game, but the other's...
Probably cringe writing for new players in the beginning. Understandable.
I'm worried about Morrigan and Dorian writing, since it's the new writer for them both.
And I'm conflicted on how Isabella looks like. I'm not going to complain about her face, because I've not seen her in hight resolution, but clothes are crime. If we aren't chillin on a beach and it's not some diving mission (like on concept art) and she's changing clothes latter - it is a disaster (I don't like Lords of Fortune design in general) tbh. Her multiplayer DAI model is her at her best.
It's also seems to be "End of era" game. I'm going to assume it's: Blights are over, Veil is finally not here anymore (a new disaster for the next game, since the world is reshaping itself once again), Mythal's vengeance is complete.
PS: I'm also, personally, disappointed, from what I've seen, that my character can't be mean (I don't mean evil, just mean). If it's not a cherry-picking.
