Return of the “glass” noodles (made from kudzu starch) served alongside some Teriyaki Tofu and Broccoli. . Teriyaki Tofu with Broccoli . 300g block tofu, cubed 1/2 tbsp oil 1/2 small onion, sliced 3-4 small mushrooms, sliced 2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup/141g frozen broccoli, thawed 1/4 cup/60ml teriyaki sauce . Heat oil in a pan. Add tofu and fry until browned. Add mushrooms, carrot and garlic until browned then add broccoli and teriyaki sauce. Simmer for a minute then remove from heat.
