These Paleo-friendly celery root fries are a delicious alternative to traditional potato fries. They are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients: 1 large celery root, peeled and cut into thin strips. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the celery root strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread the seasoned celery root strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
