My pepper seedlings are doing so well! Soon they will need thinning to one per cell which always breaks my heart 😭 waiting for the first true leaves before I decide!
Strangely two of my 'purple splash' seedlings (leftmost variety) have 3 seed leaves instead of 2. I wonder if it's a sign the genetics of this variety are less stable 🤔
It's spring!
I've been munching on my yard-snacks:
More fried Dandelion flowers, and violet syrup from wild violets.
And I've got a bunch of frost-hardy plants starting in my garden beds!
Lettuce and mustard in this one!
Beets and spinach!
Radishes and more spinach!
The peas are coming up too! I've got to get the trellis strings set up for them to attach to.
I've run out of space for pictures, so I'll add the rest in a reblog. But, I've got a few plants that overwintered beautifully, and I've started a few new projects as well!
Today I picked my first batch of lemon cucumbers! I’m so excited!

Literally burst into tears this morning seeing this.. I have no idea what happened or who's shoes those are?!
