Ingredients: 2 cups pumpkin seeds. 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 300F 150C. Clean the pumpkin seeds, removing any remaining pulp. Spread the seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the melted vegan butter over the seeds, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Toss the seeds to coat them evenly with the seasoning. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
