This air-fried tofu satay is delicious and doesn't need any oil. It's great for vegans and people on the keto diet.
Ingredients: 1 block extra firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes. 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1/4 cup peanut butter.
Instructions: Soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic, and turmeric should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put the tofu cubes in the sauce and cover for at least 30 minutes. Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put tofu on skewers and air fry for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the skewers over halfway through. Warm up the peanut butter in a small saucepan until it melts. Put peanut sauce on top of the tofu satay.
