----- "Vécsei Júlia Áthelyezés (2019-2022) című rajzsorozata emlékezetpolitikai kérdéseket feszeget. A művész a rajzokon sokszor ismerősnek tűnő, főleg a huszadik század második felében állított, majd eltávolított, ledöntött vagy megrongált köztéri szobrok – vagy hiányuk esetén talapzatuk – motívumait másolja, sokszorozza, tükrözi, elfedi vagy éppen össze nem illő szobrok darabjaival egészíti ki." / "Júlia Vécsei’s series of drawings entitled Relocation (2019-2022) explores questions related to the politics of memory. In the drawings, she copies, multiplies, mirrors, covers up or adds pieces of mismatched sculptures to diverse motifs of public sculptures that often look familiar, especially those erected in the second half of the twentieth century, and then removed, knocked down or damaged – or, in the absence of such sculptures, she does the same with their pedestals."
