it depends. i have gotten bored during horror movies but i have found some shows to be interesting. if it doesn't get me immediately then i just stop watching
in the aspect of pregnancy related things i would rather keep to the domestic side of things a large chunk of the time. there are certain moments where i do enjoy the horror that pregnancy can bring. more of the horror related pregnancy in supernatural/magical pregnancies.
the rapid growth coming from a one night stand with an alien where you wake up the next night looking six months pregnant. skin stretched far too thin in a short amount of time so it's painfully sore and covered in angry red stretchmarks
demonic rituals where you're the sacrifice to a powerful being that needs to be borne into the new world. the panic and fear of your womb being covered in special runes that glow blindingly as the magic of the spell triggers it to fill demonic seed in your womb as you become an incubator of sinful spawn for the next nine months
a human getting impregnated by a vampire and becoming violently ill as the baby sucks them dry. the only way they can even think about surviving is drinking blood even though there is the potential they won't survive the birth without being turned into a vampire
things like that where it can be scary but it only comes out good in the end. i do not like things with de*ath, bursting, or very extreme body horror where people get horribly disfigured.
