Michael: He’s an English major who also studies 1800s art because whatever, it’s cool, way better than the manufactured shit you see pumped all over social media nowadays. He really does think he’s smarter than most people, but Henrietta keeps him in check. He’s currently the only single guy in the group, probably because no guy wants to listen to him preach about what Goethe had to say about destructive romances or whatever. 

Henrietta: A cool wannabe sorcerer who owns a witch shop with her girlfriend Rayne (as in Bloodrayne). Rumor has it that she can actually resurrect the dead. She’s also a purveyor of surreal and radical artwork, even when she has no idea what it’s supposed to mean.

Pete: Works at the record shop by day and DJs at a local club by night. He’s barely even goth anymore, as ever since he started DJing, he’s practically become a fucking rave kid. Also, as much as he tries to posit himself as a badass loner, he’s a huge romantic mush for his partner Vera. You probably knew xem as Vampir. And even though the Goths and Vamps don’t hate each other, that doesn’t mean Vera isn’t still kind of annoying, butting into their meetings with her twenty-year-old Hot Topic piercings and CVS hair dye. Fuckin’ poser. And yet Pete lets her come to their book club anyway.
