anon i'm sorry for answering this so late but it's genuinely a really hard question!! i tried to limit myself to just one trope per itzyship bc otherwise this would get unruly (also idk how like. "official" these tropes are but whatever, they're close enough):
yejisu — old, bickering married couple
ryeji — sun and moon/battle couple/big guy-lil guy
chaerji — lady and knight (that's their coding bro IDK?!?! maybe ringo fucked me up. handmaiden and feudal lord?!?! hehehe)
hwangshin — mother-daughter
jinlia — broody x sunshine (at least surface level)/"two girls, chillin 0 feet apart and holding hands nonstop for a multi-hour vlive cuz they're not gay"/short but powerful lil troublemakers
chaeli — battle of the pillow princesses (lia wins every time by smiling)
yulia — found family (honestly this is yuna and everyone but ESPECIALLY lia)
ryury — Odd Couple™
2shin — hey! no one picks on my little sister except ME
yuchae — puppy love/childhood crush (specifically yuna @ chaeryeong, ESPECIALLY in itzy's first couple years as a group. her little crush (whether platonic or not) on chaeryeong was so cute)
