I haven’t drawn toto in a big while… I actually haven’t drawn that much at all!!! First, i missed valentines day, now, TOTO’S BIRTHDAY 🙁🙁🙁🙁 It’s still march so it’s still toto’s month so i’m not too late I’ll do something bruh j swear

It feels special to be able to see my niche interests and discuss those niche things to a select few who have also curated that experience for themselves, to not be bombarded by literally every going on in the world. I truly believe that you can find fulfillment on the internet but you have to find that through your passions. Maybe your passion is vlogging, that's great, spectacular even! You've found your passion. But most people use the internet as passive viewers, not putting forth their interests and letting someone/something else decide what they should think.

I refuse to create an account/download social medias like twitter, snapchat, tiktok, instagram, facebook, etc. because everything is getting shoved down your throat constantly, I mean it's not like tumblr is different, but it does feel extremely different doomscrolling tumblr than it does twitter. I also refuse to partake in any ai program like chatgpt or gemini, that's a whole separate can of worms.

It's hard being in an environment 5/7 days out of the week where almost every one of your peers uses some sort of social media or is constantly using ai, I feel like I can't obtain that kind if connection they have with others because I don't have it. But then I realize that do I really want those kinds of connections? Do I truly want to know what's going on every glorified second of their life on instagram? No I really don't, I have found genuine connections through my limited online presence. I have been able to find people with the same values as me, interests, and other related things.

There's a lot more I want to say about this topic but I haven't contextualized it yet in my head so I won't write it here :P

This by any means is NOT me shitting on people who use social medias other than tumblr or ai (though I would strongly prefer you to not use ai). This I guess is just me trying to put forth my teenage experience of saying 'no' in a world that wants me to submit.

WHAT THATS SO SILLY LIKE???? I love thinking that all the seven with their mystical ahhh powers have smth actually happen to their bodies when they use their powers if that makes any sense. Percy’s veins going blue when he uses his water powers, Hazels eyes and bones glowing, Nico’s finger tips going a little black when he raises the dead, and now Alabasters eyes glowing when he does magic related stuff!!
