Not to post another Frankenstein take on main but it always cracks me up that victor was concerned with the monster’s procreation (aka creating more monsters via him and his requested monster mate) in the original novel and honestly in the GdT film cause like…
I know the early Victorian world didn’t understand genetics or even germ theory but like…they knew about *ahem* men’s seed.
So even if this conglomeration of dead body parts COULD resume the process of meiosis… wouldn’t it just be the one guys testes? Like I assume he used one set of genitals and would therefore use the one uterus+tubes, but even if he did, like, mix things up…how exactly would its child just come out full of sutures? He did those???
Presumably victor knows as a doctor that childbirth can get fucked up in a million different ways?????
I know this is probably just a historical plot hole but I am for real OBSESSED with understanding what exactly Victor “thought” would happen.
