Is Milwaukee ready for a bike share?
According to a USPIRG report, our metro lately experienced a 21% decrease in vehicle miles traveled. (The second largest decline in cities where the data were available). I'd say that bodes well for bike share's feasibility.

When we rebuild the street, should we make it accommodate bicycle and pedestrian traffic, which would benefit local business, or should we keep it as a barren, dangerous mini-freeway?
