(no pun intended) iâm not wild about the patrick wolf song at the end of Godâs Own Country, it feels very....... livejournal in 2011, if I can say that (feels mean), and my idea of the music that naturally grows out of the Mood and Environment and Landscape of this film is a little bit different. BUT the characters in GOF do not choose to engage with music â iâve met farmers who literally go through the whole day with headphones on, iâve met farmers who literally play the radio the ENTIRE day in their tractors because it makes the job seem less lonely & they get to hear human voices â and the GOC characters really do not do that. THAT SAID: here is my godâs own country playlist presented in the most user unfriendly way, ie., LINKS to YOUTUBE VIDEOS
