20th Century Boys
Finished this last night (well, the main series - I’ll get to the two-volume conclusion/epilogue soon). Spoilers below the cut on one (fairly obvious) plot point to do with the final volumes. I want to write something longer and more personal about it and a bunch of other stuff, but the pressures of work and health - mine and others’ - are pushing all my hobbyist commitments further downstream right now.
(Anyway, I loved it. Mid-life angst is - understandably perhaps! - not a topic that comics like to dwell on, but 20CB was exactly the comic I needed to read at the time I needed to read it.)
