Oven roasted Spicy Potato fry!🥔🌶Recipe: Add the chopped potatoes in water along w Turmeric, salt and cayenne. Preheat the oven to 350*F. Bring it to boil, drain and let it dry. In a sauté pan, add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and ground lentil curry powder (recipe in my kindle book ‘My tried and true Vegetarian recipes’). Sauté until everything is coated. Transfer the contents to a greased sheet pan and bake them for 30-40 min or until the desired crispiness.
