I love anxiety. I love overthinking everything and constantly worrying about my own emotional state to the point where even if I feel fine for a bit I go “nice! I’m not being anxious” and then become anxious and being caught in a hell loop ping-ponging between feeling okay and feeling tense until I break down and have to hide that i started crying, especially when I’m at work

i just realized i havent made a speech in 3 years RIP i hate this
