“Ms. Folia isn’t here in the evenings.” 

It’s hardly a greeting, but Talcott at least puts on the warm smile and the polite voice his teachers urge them to use when talking to visitors-- especially to the affluent men and women who come from the upper plate. 

From the way he is dressed, down to how he carries his head a little higher, prouder, this man is definitely one of them. He shows up now and again, enough that Talcott and the other children remember his face, though none of them have figured out what his visits to the Leaf House truly mean. And also why Ms. Folia and the other Housemothers are overly sweet towards him. 

If Talcott has to guess, the man is possibly a benefactor. Or Ms. Folia’s secret boyfriend. He’ll try and confirm that latter theory now.

A little laugh, actually opening up her arms to offer the little cat, robot, whatever to have room to settle up and in her lap.

How rare, running into a ShinRa executive; beneath the plate, of all places. “ ----- All alone?” There’s a spark of suspicion in Leslie’s eyes as he looks over the other man. Considering he’s the man responsible for for the department of urban development, he might only be doing some long overdue check-ups on the surrounding structures, however,  Leslie couldn’t quite bring himself to believe that such a high-ranking businessman would do the footwork himself.

She was still angry, still bitter, still trying to recover from the destruction of the entire pillar.

As far as she was concerned, Reeve could drop dead in front of her right now and she wouldn’t---

No. She would care. Because that’s how she was to a fault. How many times had that been pointed out to her? That perhaps her heart wasn’t in it because she wasn’t willing to murder innocents, or let them die. Even if they were ShinRa associates.

Tifa just glared at him, knees hugged to chest, feeling defensive like a child -- like she could do nothing. Here if she needed anything... Ha. Yeah, she needed things. She needed a lot of things. Things that went back five or so years, and he couldn’t help with any of it.

Picks up Reeve

@urbdevinspire​:  Ansem had told him about the young orphan he'd taken in. Reeve hadn't thought too much about it -- it was such an Ansem thing to do. Still, he nearly had a heart attack on turning around and /seeing/ the boy behind him, hovering just over his shoulder for a better look at the control panel. "H...ello?" he said, trying to control his racing heart.

Ienzo had not yet met everyone who worked for Ansem. Fresh out of recovery, their new guardian allowed them to leave the castle for short periods at a time--so long as they were not alone. Technically, they weren’t alone now. For a while now, they followed someone working around the castle. Right now, said someone was working on... something. Unfortunately, they were a tad too short to see exactly what that something was.
