man I gotta say the best thing about tumblr after I migrated here from reddit is the lack of a voting system. I cannot stress enough how badly upvotes and downvotes KILLED a site whose overall layout I found very nice and intuitive to pick up. Now I just wonder why it took me so long to realize and understand why a website in which visibility depends on how many people clicked the "I agree" button became host to echo chambers, loathsomely transparent pandering, and the most milquetoast saltine cracker ass opinions I've ever fucking seen.
