bouncy berry balls (in various sizes) — can be thrown like dodgeballs— will either hit hard like one or go splat with enough force.

raspberry boxing gloves — used when she's pissed and needs to punch someone or punch through something when a berry ball simply won't do. it gets a little messy, but it does the job.

Lore:

Jus’ a li'l guy who works part-time at a batting cage, spending quiet work hours gliding and skating in roller skate shoes.

During an especially frustrating day, they swung and threw baseballs as stress relief at their own workplace. However, when they realized they threw something twice the size of a baseball, it was already too late. It splattered onto one of the nets, and they had to clean up the mess.

After getting the basics of these newfound powers, they decide to go to the Hero Association, so their powers can be better utilized to help people out.

Extras/Tidbits:

going into mahou mode makes her feel more 'free' and a tiny bit... feral. juuust a little bit. when a berry ball lands a good hit, it feels satisfying. luckily it won't kill a guy, so... being able to throw with as much power as she wants with no restraints is awesome. knowing that makes her feel giggly and hyped up (and maybe a little sadistic too. whoops!) (the villains are definitely on the receiving end of the taunts and threatening smiles) 😊😊😊

absolutely loves running around, being FAST, jumping and THROWING and being active. it’s the chaotic energy she doesn’t get to release when not in mahou mode

Power:

blows (literal) hearts that 'charms' a person, like a lovestruck stun effect; once under his charm, the person does whatever he commands them to.

he can always use his phalanges to shoot hearts, but likes using a cute pink gun for it from time to time.

Lore:

Lavender has taken an interest in hero Berry Blast ever since he was first rescued by them.

He was not expecting such kind treatment… For someone who he thought did not deserve it.

They reassured him, made sure he felt safe, and even stayed by his side until it was absolutely safe for him to go home… They even left him their jacket because they didn't want him to feel cold…

…How could he not fall for someone so admirable?

He thinks Berry Blast doesn't remember him anymore. But sometimes, when he does bump into the berry hero, it's as Kissu— and in his mahou form, he feels more confident expressing his growing affection for them (through flirting, of course! Like, y'know, shooting his shot 🥰)

(…He's still kept the jacket as remembrance.)

(Maybe someday, he'll reveal himself to them.)

(But for now, he'll enjoy trying to get their attention whenever he can 🩷)

shows up/struts in just to be a pretty distraction… eye candy, if you will.

If ever Berry Blast merch were to come out, he would definitely be one of the first people if not the first person to buy them.

He likes taking BB's attention away from a certain villain cough cough Cruzader and going "eyes on me, darling~💕"
